At The Gallery House, we’ve had the privilege of working with couples who want to celebrate love, family, and legacy in truly personal ways. Grant and Emma’s wedding was a beautiful reflection of this.
Their decision to marry at Emma’s late grandfather’s farm—an incredibly sentimental location—wasn’t just about the ceremony; it was about honoring their roots and the people who shaped them.

We had the honor of coordinating this very special day, both on-site at the farm and at The Gallery House, to help them bring their family-centered vision to life.
A Ceremony Filled with Love and Legacy

Emma and Grant’s wedding was unlike any other we’ve coordinated. Emma had always envisioned a wedding that celebrated her family, and the farm where she grew up was the perfect place to make that happen.
Although the farm wasn’t a traditional wedding venue, it held immense sentimental value for Emma. Her grandfather, despite his health challenges leading up to the wedding, was able to witness the ceremony and share in the joy of his granddaughter’s wedding day.

We helped Emma and Grant bring their ceremony vision to life, right in front of the horse field, where generations of family memories had been made.
The serene beauty of the location, paired with Emma’s grandfather’s presence, made the ceremony incredibly meaningful.
Even though Grant had also lost his grandparents in recent years, the wedding provided an opportunity for them to honor their family’s legacy in a way that was deeply personal and heartfelt.
The Gallery House’s Role in Bringing Their Vision to Life

While the ceremony took place at Emma’s family farm, the reception was hosted at The Gallery House, a space where personal touches and family history could seamlessly come together.
We were honored to be a part of this special day, helping to coordinate the event both on-site and off-site, ensuring that every detail matched Emma and Grant’s vision.
After the ceremony, their guests joined them at The Gallery House for a reception that was just as meaningful. We set up a memory table inside the venue’s display cases, where Emma and Grant honored their grandparents with cherished photos.
This personal touch was a nod to their families and a way to ensure that their loved ones—both present and passed—were always with them on their special day.

The reception at The Gallery House was a beautiful continuation of the family-centered theme. With the memory table on display, Emma and Grant’s guests had the chance to reflect on the love and legacy that surrounded them.
The table wasn’t just a decoration—it was a tribute to the grandparents who had shaped Emma and Grant’s lives, ensuring they were present in spirit.
As part of our coordination process, we made sure that the entire reception seamlessly blended the elegant charm of The Gallery House with the intimate, personal touches that made the day special.
From the carefully placed photos of their grandparents to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, everything was designed to honor family and create a space where memories could be made for generations to come.
